Refund policy

1. Returns

  • You can return a product within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • No returns will be accepted for items damaged by the customer or worn/washed.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
  • Returns are only accepted for full-priced items. Sale or discounted items are non-returnable.
  • For hygiene reasons, innerwear and accessories cannot be returned.

To request a return, email us at support@meeru.com with your order number and reason.

2. Exchanges

  • Size exchange is allowed if the requested size is available.
  • Shipping charges for exchange will be the customer’s responsibility unless there was a fault from our side.
  • The item must be in unused, unwashed, and original condition with tags attached.
  • Exchange will only be processed after we receive the original item and verify its condition

  • If the required size is not available, customers may choose:

    • Another item of equal value.
    • Store credit for future use.

3. Refunds

  • If the return is approved, you can choose between:
    • Store credit (to use on your next purchase).
    • Or a full refund (only if the product was defective or the wrong item was sent).

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Share clear photos of the item and packaging for quicker resolution.

5. How to Return

  • Email us at support@meeru.com with your order number.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process.
  • Send the item back using any courier service of your choice.
  • Once we receive and verify the item, your refund or exchange will be processed
