Refund policy
1. Returns
- You can return a product within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- No returns will be accepted for items damaged by the customer or worn/washed.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
- Returns are only accepted for full-priced items. Sale or discounted items are non-returnable.
- For hygiene reasons, innerwear and accessories cannot be returned.
To request a return, email us at support@meeru.com with your order number and reason.
2. Exchanges
- Size exchange is allowed if the requested size is available.
- Shipping charges for exchange will be the customer’s responsibility unless there was a fault from our side.
- The item must be in unused, unwashed, and original condition with tags attached.

If the required size is not available, customers may choose:
- Another item of equal value.
- Store credit for future use.
3. Refunds
- If the return is approved, you can choose between:
- Store credit (to use on your next purchase).
- Or a full refund (only if the product was defective or the wrong item was sent).
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Share clear photos of the item and packaging for quicker resolution.
5. How to Return
- Email us at support@meeru.com with your order number.
- Our team will guide you through the return process.
- Send the item back using any courier service of your choice.
- Once we receive and verify the item, your refund or exchange will be processed
