4. Refunds & Returns (Strict Policy)

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
  • No returns will be accepted for items damaged by the customer or worn/washed.
  • Clearance, sale, or discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

5. Shipping Delays

We ship orders within 1–3 working days, but sometimes delays can happen due to courier issues, strikes, bad weather, or other things we can’t control. We're not responsible for these delays, but we'll do our best to keep you updated.

6. Fraud Protection

Meeru has a zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent activity. All orders are monitored for suspicious behavior. If an order appears to be fake, incomplete, or potentially fraudulent, it may be held for verification or cancelled without prior notice.
